Incomplete tetraplegia, a partial paralysis affecting all four limbs due to cervical spinal cord injuries, is more common than complete tetraplegia in Europe. It significantly impairs upper limb motor function and daily activities. The SUN platform pilot project aims to improve motor control and social interaction for individuals with such disabilities. The study will test different feedback methods—haptic, thermal, and reinforcement—to enhance user engagement and motor function. After initial testing on healthy participants, the approach will be applied to patients to evaluate its effectiveness in promoting motor recovery and social interaction.
